To be approved for stud service your dog must be 24 months of age and the following documents required of the owner:

1. ACK registration certificate (photo copy)

2. OFA certification (photo copy)

3.  AVCO/CERF examination or cetification (photo copy)

4.  Proof of Vacination - rabies, DA2PL, Kennel Cough and current administration of heartworm preventative (not necessary if shipping semen).

5.  Brucellosis test- negative for brucellosis within 10 days of the breeding (not necessary if shipping semen).
